The issue have been reported and i decided to write an article about to why Teaching practice allowance delayed to most of universities students in Tanzania
Taking UDSM as the model of universities in Tanzania the reason have reported that the delay of the money was above the college management power, DARUSO government, and even above the Loan board but was at National level
DARUSO leaders have reported that they received a lot of SMS and calls concerning the delay of money, but students were ignorant on the reason of delay of money the reality was that the Government delayed to send money to loan board;
Loan board reported that the Government kept on promising, that it was to send the money early but it kept promising with ought implementation of the promise and leading to the delay of money to students, however the DARUSO government kept disturbing the management at all the time of absence of money.....During that time also the College management fought to its level of best to insure that at any time the loan was to receive money it should have to receive, Loan board receive little money but due to the DARUSO pressure the university of dar es salaam was firstly to be considered.
WHOM SHOULD BE BLAMED ?
Is it DARUSO?
University management?
Loan board?
or Government?
I start blaming my self for not advising the government to stop or reduce current expenditures and make capital expenditures, now the country is living on capital.and human capitals are taken less consideration
(No blaming but we need strong Economists to Advices the government and also we need strong leaders on the coming election, am not politician;)
